Total Co-ordination & Construction Inc. is a commercial construction contractor focusing on renovations and maintenance. We have been in business since September 2011 serving all sectors of the commercial industry.
We employ Red Seal Certified Journeypersons and Apprentices and are in good standing with the Manitoba Apprenticeship Board. We encourage the success and advancement of all our staff and support other trade companies. With a reliable network of sub trades we are able to accommodate all of our customers needs.
Total Co-ordination is fully covered with comprehensive liability insurance and is in good standing with the Workers Compensation Board. Safety is of the utmost importance to our company which is why we recently acquired our SECOR Certification through the Construction Safety Association of Manitoba.
Our History
Total Co-ordination & Construction Inc. (TCC) was started in September 2011 by Dylan Morin when he saw an opportunity to supply the Manitoba market with a reliable and affordable Commercial Maintenance and Renovation contractor. As well as an opportunity to provide on site management and design services for clients.
Dylan obtained his Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter Certificate in 1992, as well as a diploma in business and project management courses at RRC. Over the past 26 years has worked in a variety of construction fields from timber frame home building to project management/co-ordination for major commercial construction as well as the Province of Manitoba. His years of experience and knowledge of the construction industry has helped Dylan grow Total Co-ordination from 3 employees in 2011 to 12 full time staff in 2014.
